Hi, I'm Katie,
I’m Katie, founder of Virtualflow and a fractional operations lead for established businesses that have outgrown their systems.

I’ve always been drawn to structure and clarity - from building with blocks and solving Tetris puzzles as a child to creating order in complex business environments as an adult. I naturally see how things fit together, where friction sits, and how systems can be simplified to reduce pressure.
​
Before founding Virtualflow, I spent years working behind the scenes supporting senior leaders and high-level executives across a range of industries. My role was always to bring clarity to complexity - refining processes, stabilising workflows, and helping businesses run more smoothly without overcomplicating things.
​
When I launched Virtualflow during my first maternity leave, I saw the same pattern again and again. As businesses grow, systems struggle to keep up. Processes become inconsistent, tools multiply, and too much operational responsibility lands back with the founder. The business may be doing well, but behind the scenes it feels heavier than it should.

Today, I work with established, growing businesses to restore clarity behind the scenes. I help simplify operations, fix workflows, and build structure that genuinely supports growth. Where it adds real value, I also help teams integrate AI in a practical, grounded way - reducing repetitive work and making day-to-day operations more efficient.

Virtualflow exists to help business owners regain control of how their business runs - through calm, usable systems and a way of working that feels sustainable again.

When I’m Not Streamlining Businesses…
I’m an early bird by nature and usually start my day with movement - whether that’s strength training, reformer pilates, or yoga in our home gym.

Outside of work, I value slow, simple moments. Time with my family, exploring new places when we travel, and unwinding with a good book and a warm cup of tea are what help me stay grounded and balanced.
